This form has been created to collect preliminary requests from students and to help determine which courses should be offered during the University's Summer School. Please select the course or courses that you intend to take during the Summer School. The courses selected by students through this form will be reviewed as part of the Summer School planning process. The final decision on which courses will be offered will be made by the relevant Deans Office.
